How do I add our courses and dates?

Email them to [email protected] from the address of the account that owns your listing: paste the list, forward your schedule or attach the PDF. Crew HQ reads the courses, dates, prices, duration and prerequisites and puts them on your listing, then replies with what it added. Send it again whenever the dates change.

Questions people ask

My company is already in the directory. How do I take it over?

Open your page in the directory and use the claim link on it, or write to [email protected] from an address at your company. Claiming is free.

How do training schools appear on Crew HQ?

In the training school directory, with a pin on the map so that crew see the schools near them. A basic listing is free and shows the names of your courses. A full listing (£45 a year or £6 a month) shows each course on its own page with dates, prices and places.

How do we publish our courses, step by step?
  1. Make sure the school's listing is yours: open it in the training school directory and claim it if nobody has. Claiming is free.
  2. Set the pin on your listing (Edit, then your location). The pin decides which crew are shown your school.
  3. Email your course list to [email protected] from the address of the account that owns the listing. Type it, forward your timetable or attach the PDF.
  4. Crew HQ replies with the courses it added. Open your listing and check them.
  5. Send the timetable again whenever it changes.
What should we put in the email, and what does a course page show?

For each course: its name, where it is held, how long it takes, the price, the dates and, if you wish, places left, what the course covers, prerequisites, and whether accommodation is included. Send what you have; a course with no dates is listed without them.

A course page shows your school, the location, duration and price, the course structure and prerequisites, each coming date with its price and places, a button to your own booking page or to enquire, and your other courses.

Where do crew see our courses?

On your school's page in the training directory, on a page for each course (full listings), and beside the profile of every crew member whose map pin is within 300 km of yours: "Training near this crew member" names your school and, for a full listing, your next course and its date. That is why the pin matters.
