Crew HQ has partnered with Airflow, the booking platform for short-term rentals, crew accommodation and boat hire.

Between the two, anyone in the Crew HQ community can now take bookings, get paid and keep their accounts in order for a property or a boat, and reach the yachting industry while doing it.

A large part of our community rents something out. Crew let their homes while they are away for a season. Former crew run crew houses in Antibes, Palma and Fort Lauderdale. Captains and engineers move ashore and start day-charter, tender or watersports businesses. Until now each of them has pieced together a calendar, a payment link, a spreadsheet and an accountant.

Airflow puts those in one place. Crew HQ adds the audience: the people who need a bed near the yard, a house for a rotation, or a boat for the day.

What Airflow does

• Brings every booking together. It reads the confirmation emails from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia and turns each one into a structured booking, next to the ones you take yourself. See managing Airbnb and Booking.com together.

• Looks after the guest. Every booking gets a guest portal, and messages before arrival can be scheduled.
