A unique cooking school in Northen France offering 5-Day hands-on goumet cookery courses. We take no more than 8 clients and have 2 professional chefs, so we can cater to all skill levels.
Our aim of this course is to build on each of our clients existing skills so that they leave us feeling very confident, with a far greater understanding of ingredients & techniques so that you can take your cooking to the next level. There is a strong emphasis on presentation skills.
