Post a job and, before you have finished your coffee, have a ranked shortlist of crew who fit it, with the reason for each.
The whole thing takes about fifteen seconds. The first time you open a job you have just posted, it starts by itself.

The crew in this picture are sample data, not real members.
Role, qualifications, experience, where the crew member is, availability, languages and how recently they were active on Crew HQ. When it compares candidates the assistant is not shown their name, nationality, gender, age or photo.
It only considers crew whose profile is active and set to looking for work. Crew who have hidden their profile are never included.
A two-line advert gives the assistant two lines to work with. Upload the full specification and it matches on everything in it. The file is read once for the match and is not kept.
Each crew member on your shortlist gets one email saying a job on Crew HQ matches their profile, with a link to it. So the best candidates hear about your job the day you post it. Nobody is sent more than one of these emails a week.
The shortlist is the assistant's reading of the profiles. Open each profile, read the references and make your own call. Run "Match again" whenever you change the job.
Job matching is part of Professional Membership, along with full crew profiles, CV downloads and direct contact.
