Upload your CV and the Crew HQ Assistant fills in your profile

Filling in a profile field by field is the reason most profiles are half empty. So we taught the Crew HQ Assistant to read your CV and do it for you.

From 17% to 75% in under a minute

When you log in, your home page now shows how complete your profile is and what to add next.

Press "Upload my CV" and choose your file (PDF or DOCX). The assistant reads it and fills in your job title, nationality, region, main qualification, objective, yacht experience, other experience and career path.

We ran it on the CV of Alex Demo, a made-up bosun we use to show how things work. It took a few seconds, and the profile went from 17% to 75%.

You choose how it treats what is already there

• Only fill in what is missing keeps everything you have written and fills the gaps.
• Replace what is on my profile updates your profile to match the new CV.

Either way, type "undo" and everything goes back as it was.

What it will not do

• It copies what your CV says. It does not add a yacht, a date, a duty or a qualification that is not there.
• It saves a date of birth only when your CV states one.
• It never empties a field because your CV says nothing about it.
• It cannot add your photo, references or certificates. It tells you what is left and gives you the links.

It is an AI and it can be wrong. Read what it wrote before you rely on it.

One more step for a complete profile

A complete profile now also asks one question about bookings. If you let a home, run a crew house or take boat or charter bookings, connect your Airflow account. If you do not, say so with one click and the step is done.

What it costs

Every free member can fill their profile from a CV once. Premium and Professional members can use it whenever their CV changes.
