7th Wave is an RYA-recognised training centre based at Port Erin on the Isle of Man, teaching dinghy sailing, powerboating and youth sailing courses, and running Sea Sense safety sessions covering weather, tides and navigation. It hires kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and runs a shop on Strand Road selling wetsuits, buoyancy aids and other watersports kit. Some of its students have gone on to work on tall ships or on megayachts.
