About Plas Menai

Plas Menai is Wales's National Outdoor Centre, at Caernarfon on the Menai Strait, offering RYA-accredited sailing, cruising and powerboat courses alongside instructor training and water rescue courses, plus windsurfing, wingfoil, sea kayaking and shorebased theory courses for beginners through to advanced sailors. Alongside its on-water programme it runs stand-up paddleboarding, swimming lessons, school activity days, corporate team-building and on-site accommodation with full-board catering. Courses and activities are open to those aged eight and over.
