We are Superyacht Crew International (recruitment and training company), based in Sydney, Australia.

Our Recruitment services offer Captains, Senior Yacht Crew, Managers and Owners traditional crew placement whereby we screen candidates and match them to our clients' specific needs. We search for crew with the attributes, qualifications and attitude that our busy clients are looking for. This saves you a lot of time!

Our database is enormous (10,000+) and our reach is worldwide. We provide crew for all sized yachts and have a number of 'large yacht' clients (80-m and above) so we understand your crew needs across the whole range of yachts.

Our domestic staffing agency - Australian Elite Domestic Staff - can provide yacht owners and other discerning clients with staff that understand the level of service you require in your home, jet or property.

For crew training we aim to give the best possible preparation to crew wishing to enter the Superyacht industry and perform well in their roles.

We offer the following Superyacht crew training:
STCW basic safety training (AMSA approved)
Superyacht Crew Induction course (1 day)
Superyacht Deckhand course (7-days)
Stewardess/Steward training (5 days + options)
Chef's cross-training course (5 days).
Experienced crew up-skill courses (from 1 to 3 days)
Senior crew Distance Ed. courses ("Management", "New Build")

This school is run by experienced Superyacht crew and qualified instructors. Our Interior courses are the only courses in Australia which are PYA GUEST Accredited.
