We run 5 training kitchens, 7 days a week from our world-class training centre on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor in Devon UK. Our 4 week Certificate of Professional Cookery is an intensive foundation course that will teach you the fundamentals of cooking to a professional standard.

Our flagship 20 week Professional Culinary Diploma course will prepare you for a career as a successful chef and incorporates some of the highest level culinary qualifications available and will count towards the Ships Cook Certificate.
